Treat the fluid path as one system

The pump, tube, filter, valve, sensor and outlet define one operating path. A small change in tube diameter or filter grade can change loaded flow and response time.

Before sample testing, record tube inner diameter, length, bend radius, fitting type, filter media and any normally closed or normally open valve states.

Validate after installation

Bench values should be checked again in the final equipment envelope because routing, enclosure temperature and structural vibration can alter performance.
